UK Delivery Information

Shipping Options

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the United Kingdom. We use Royal Mail Tracked services to ensure reliable, monitored delivery to any UK address.

• Standard UK Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 48. Estimated 2 to 3 working days. Included on all orders.
• Express UK Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 24. Estimated 1 to 2 working days. Available at checkout for a small surcharge.
• Same-Day Dispatch – Orders placed and confirmed before 1:00 PM Monday to Friday are packed and dispatched the same business day.

Delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Weekend and bank holiday orders are processed on the next working day.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy matters. Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding, logos, or product descriptions visible on the outside. The return address uses a generic sender name. There is no way to identify the contents from external inspection.

Payment transactions appear on your bank statement under a neutral billing descriptor that does not reference Dragon Pharma, steroids, or any product-specific terms.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package status in real time on the Royal Mail website or app.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 24 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends), check your spam folder first, then contact our support team at support@dragonpharma.co.uk.

International Shipping

Our primary focus is UK domestic delivery. International shipping may be available on request for select destinations. Contact our support team to discuss availability, estimated delivery times, and any additional costs for your location.

Please note that international customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the import regulations of their own country.

Delivery Issues

Package Not Arrived

If your package has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch (standard) or 3 working days (express), contact us with your order number. We will investigate with Royal Mail and resolve the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. Sealed, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in original condition with intact verification codes.
