Aromatase Inhibitors (AIs)

Arimidex (Anastrozole) is the most widely used AI for controlling estrogen levels during testosterone and other aromatising cycles. Aromasin (Exemestane) is a steroidal (suicidal) AI that permanently deactivates the aromatase enzyme, preventing estrogen rebound. Femara (Letrozole) is the strongest AI option, typically reserved for situations requiring aggressive estrogen suppression.

SERMs and Ancillaries

Toremifene is a SERM similar to Nolvadex but with a slightly different receptor binding profile. Raloxifene 60mg is specifically effective for gynecomastia prevention and reduction, often preferred over Nolvadex for this purpose. Finasteride 5mg inhibits 5-alpha reductase to reduce DHT conversion, protecting against androgenic hair loss during cycles.
