Agreement to Terms

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within one business day of payment confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other delivery partners, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery. If a package is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

Returns and Refunds

Sealed, unopened products in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or tampered items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.
